Agreed Report

New garden
The new garden at the front of the school is now complete with the Irish Oak tree planted. This tree is extremely rare and is non-shedding. The oak tree symbolises wisdom and learning.
Community reps
Two community reps were agreed on and are to be invited to join the Board of Management for their next meeting.
Website
The new Le Chéile ETNS website is up and running. It looks very well in both full version and mobile version. Thanks to Tydal Cannon (parent) for all his hard work and to the IT committee and staff in the school for their input and ideas. The school logo has been updated slightly as has the school’s headed paper.
Erasmus+
The Erasmus+ project is going from strength to strength. The project receives funding from the EU towards cost of trips by staff, the most recent of which was to Finland from 3rd to 7th Feb. All other expenses are covered by the staff personally. The BOM would like to acknowledge and thank the committee, made up of staff members, for their efforts. The next trip, which is to our partner school in Spain, is scheduled from 6th to 10th April.
