When I grow up, I’m going to be….

As part of our Geography, CSPE and SPHE classes, we have been learning about the roles of different people in our community.  We have also been looking into a crystal ball and predicting the jobs that we may have in the future.  As part of our study, parents were invited to come into the class and speak about their occupations. The children listened with great interest and were inspired in many cases to pursue a similar career.  The children each did a project on a dream career and every child made an oral presentation on their hopes and aspirations for the future.
