Minibeast Adventure

First Class recently explored the school yard and field. We discovered that a lot of minibeasts live there, such as woodlice, ants, spiders, earthworms, centipedes, ladybirds, bees and flies… We were able to give them a closer inspection using pooters, large magnifiers, bug tubes and magnifying glasses.

All the boys and girls were very careful handling the little insects and made sure to return them safely to their environment afterwards!
