Second Class News!

Welcome to a new school year in Le Chéile! The boys and girls in second class have been back at school now for almost 3 weeks. I am so proud of how quickly they have settled in and how hard they have been working. Our class motto this year is “It’s cool to be kind“. We have been learning to celebrate our differences and to appreciate that we are all special.

We have been having lots of fun learning about the world around us. We went on a ‘mini-beast’ hunt, did an experiment with soil and printed paintings of autumn trees.

In history, we have been learning about games played long ago.  Today we played some cards games with our friends.
