CONTACT DETAILS
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are updating and expanding the contact details of the parents and guardians of our children. Please include your Name, Address and Telephone number. We would like to have your Email Address for ease of contact, if you are agreeable to that.
We hope to use this as primary means of communication in the future.
If your Emergency Contact details have changed please include them.
If your child goes home to a Child Minder or Crèche, even on an irregular basis, please include those details.
Finally, if your child travels on a BUS HOME from school please include the name of the bus and route it takes.
Please complete the attached form for each of your children and return it to the CLASS TEACHER by Monday 6th October.
Should your contact details change at any stage during the school year please advise us of same.
It is vitally important that we can contact you at short notice in an emergency situation.
