Maura informed the meeting that Santa has been booked for December, Buses have been organized for the half day on June 24th. The children will have a meet and greet with their new teachers before school finishes.
Ian went through the note to be sent to parents/guardians regarding BOM parent representatives for October 2015. All agreed that the notice would go out; giving parents’ one months notice and candidates’ information will be sent home before the end of the school year. If there are no candidates, notes to be sent again in September. New parents will be given the information in September. All votes will be counted at the AGM. Task: Ian
