Cross Country

On Thursday 17th January, 20 boys and girls from 5th and 6th class travelled to Newtownstalaban Training Ground to compete in Drogheda and District Ac’s inaugural Schools Cross Country.

The races were 1500m and all of our pupils ran extremely well. It was a really enjoyable event, despite the cold weather.

In the team event 4 of our boys were awarded with a silver medal for coming 2nd place. Well done to all who participated on the day.
