Green School’s Art Competition
A big well done to everyone who took part in our recent competition. We continue to be amazed by the fantastic work that is going on at home. Congratulations to you all and well done to Maureen who co-ordinated the project! Hope you enjoy the slideshow of some of the entries.
Titanic Models
The children in Aidan and Roisin’s 4th classes have been working hard at home while learning about the Titanic. They wrote short stories telling their adventures onboard the Titanic and they have made these marvellous models also.
Kept Busy in 3rd
3rd Class have had a very busy start to March. We are enjoying G.A.A. on Tuesday mornings out on the yard and Dance on Wednesdays is great fun! Junior Infants Celebrated World Book Day!
We were delighted to celebrate World Book Day on Thursday 5th of March. We were very busy with lots of activities. There was dress-up, a visit to the Book Fair, paired reading with the Fiona’s Fifth Class and story time. We had great fun and a lovely day was had by all.
Our Super Second Classes
We have been working very hard in Heather & Clodagh’s Second Classes this year. Have a look at some of our great work! Our Art Work Project Work Active Schools A Scientist visited us for Science Week.
