Erasmus+ Activity 3 Reminder
As you are aware our school is involved in an Erasmus+ Project called ‘Magic & Myths Unite Europe’. We are now in the middle of Activity Three – ‘Lands of Legends’. A note sent home in February invited all families to participate in Activity Three by visiting, photographing and writing about a trip to a mythical or legendary site around Ireland. An exhibition will be held in Le Chéile to display all contributions on Friday 8th April 2016 between 2 and 4 pm. You are welcome to come visit our exhibition between 2 and 4pm on Friday 8th April.
A short written piece, a collection of photographs or a brochure from a site would be a perfect contribution. Present these then on A4/A3 paper or card and send into the Erasmus+ committee via your child’s class teacher. We ask that all submissions are clearly labelled with your child’s name, class and teacher’s name so that all work can be returned.
We encourage as many families as possible to get involved and contribute to the project. The Easter holidays would be a great time for you and your family to visit some mythical sights in our area. We have included a list of places below to give you some inspiration. Please return all work to the school as soon as possible but no later than Wednesday the 6th of April.
We look forward to hosting a wonderful exhibition!
