Art Exhibition Fundraiser
Dear Parents / Guardians,
The Fundraising Committee is excited about the prospect of a forthcoming fundraising event. The event is to be held on Saturday the 21st March 2015 and will provide you with an opportunity to enjoy tea and cake while viewing an Art Exhibition of the children’s work. You will be able to purchase your child’s fine work of art, along with a much loved book and delicious cake at the Cake and Book Sale.
These unique pieces of artwork will be produced by the children in the classroom over the coming weeks and will then be framed and displayed on the day.
Please keep the coming event in mind and hold onto any of your old children’s or adult books, which you may wish to donate for the event. A note will be sent out closer to the date informing you of when and where you can leave the books and inviting you to put your baking skills to the test by donating a delicious home baked cake for this event.
