Maura opened the meeting and welcomed all in attendance.

Maura thanked the Newsletter team for a great job on the Easter Newsletter. She also congratulated the fundraising committee regarding the recent Art/Book sale fundraiser.

Maura checked in with the class reps. regarding the class e-mails. It was noted that the up-take has been very low.

Ailbhe asked if the dates for May were for this year or next, Maura confirmed that they are for next year 2016.

Vivienne gave an update on the Family Fun Day. The sub-committee will meet up to discuss this. She suggested that the children get involved by asking them to suggest ideas to do on the day. It was also suggested that the older students get involved on the day, Face Painting etc.
