Our New Junior Infants Recruits!

We were delighted to welcome our new little recruits into Junior Infants on September 1st. They bounced into school looking happy with big smiles on their faces and not a single tear was in sight (from the children!)

It is amazing what they have learnt in two weeks. Already they know what the “grúpa buí” or the “grúpa dearg” is and will wish you “slán” as you leave the classroom! They have learnt to read some letters and words and they can serenade you with a song or two!

It is a joy to see. Great credit must go to Emma and Arianna, their teachers.
