School Milk Scheme 2014/2015

3^rd November 2014.

The cost for milk for each pupil for the full school year 2014/2015 commencing Monday 17^th November is €28.

If you wish your child(ren) to receive milk in school for the school year 2014/2015, please complete the form below and return it to the class teacher together with payment, in an envelope clearly marked MILK MONEY and indicating your child’s name and teacher’s name on the envelope, by 12pm, Friday 7^th November 2014.  No orders for milk can be taken after this time/date, as orders will be placed with the milk supplier that afternoon.  Children will begin to receive milk in school on Monday 17^th November 2014.   (no small change less than €1 please)
