  2. Read the ASA Code of Behavior
  3. Select the Activities you want to book
  4. For each Activity, pick a Week you are available to supervise
  5. Pre-enrol online : Friday 20th to Thursday 26th September (online) using this booking form
  6. Register in person : Saturday 28th September , 10am-12pm in the School Hall

(Please note that we will not be able to take any payments before 10am)

Online Booking

We have a NEW registration system this term.  We are now going digital!   You will now PRE-ENROL for the ASAs online via the school website.  We are using a ticketing system – you will ‘buy’ (no actual payment online) a ticket for each activity that you wish to register for.  This system will allow is to:
– gauge interest in activities prior to the registration event
– streamline and simplify the booking process
– save time when making payments
– save on paper and printing expenses!

Pre-enrolment does NOT guarantee your booking!  You will need to attend the registration day to confirm your booking, confirm supervision date and complete your payment.  This will make it fair to all families as it will still be a “first come – first served” system.

Term dates:

Week Wednesday Thursday
Week 1 16th October 17th October
Week 2 23rd October 24th October
Week 3 6th November 7th November

Supervision

The ASA program is run by the PTA and is only possible because of the volunteers who supervise each activity. To ensure ASA program continues, and for the safety of our children involved, when registering your child/children, you will need to volunteer to supervise (one day per activity). Parents, Guardians or Grandparents are acceptable as Supervisors.

[mls_msg type=’info’]Fees are payable in full on Registration day. [/mls_msg]

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CLASSES ARE SUBJECT TO MINIMUM NUMBERS SIGNING UP.

We understand that this system is completely different and there may be a few hiccups along the way. Please bear with us and we will do our utmost to make this transition as seamless as possible. We appreciate your understanding. Should you have any queries, please feel free to contact us.

If you are unable to pre-enrol online, there are hardcopies of the booking form available from Jackie at the school office.
