***Supervision***

The ASA program is only possible because of the volunteers who supervise each activity.  To ensure ASA program continues, and for the safety of our children involved, when registering your child/children, you will need to volunteer to supervise.  Parents, Guardians or Grandparents are acceptable as Supervisors.  If there is a reason why you can not commit to a date on registration day, please contact Lisa before Saturday morning to discuss.

You will need to know which dates you will be available for supervision on registration day. We may only need you as a back up if we already have our slots filled and we will confirm this with you prior to your supervision date.

We will need your child’s name, class and teacher for the registration form.  We will also need two contact numbers for you (at least one to be a mobile) and an email address.

Fees are payable in full on Registration day.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CLASSES ARE SUBJECT TO MINIMUM NUMBERS SIGNING UP.

The ASAs now have a NEW dedicated contact number.  Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us:  085 157 0067 orlecheilepta@hotmail.com

Many thanks!
