***Important: Supervision***
As always with ASA’s, you will be required to supervise one week per club that your child attends. So if your child is only attending one club, you will only need to supervise once (where there are more then 8 children in the ASA). If your child is attending multiple clubs, you will be required to supervise once for each of the clubs. At the end of the online registration process you will have to select a preferred week for supervision, if your preferred week has already been taken, you will have to select an alternative date. If all dates are taken, you will be automatically placed on a reserve list. After online registration has closed, a member of the PTA will be in touch with you by email to confirm your supervision date and issue you with guidelines. So please check your email regularly.
The administration of the supervision is very time consuming. Unfortunately, in the past some supervisors have not turned and did not let the PTA know this in advance. Without supervision we cannot run these ASA’s. If you are not able to supervise at your alloted slot – it will be your responsibility to contact another parent and arrange for cover, well in advance. The reason behind the supervision is to ensure that all our children are safe, accounted for and in the safe hands of either the supervisor or teacher, until collection by parents/guardians at 16h15. We are very lucky to have the opportunity to run these ASA’s and we really need your help to keep them going.
